Kristen Cooper MS, OTR/L

Hello everyone! My name is Kristen and I am an occupational therapist and a mom (and a hundred other things). I have always been passionate about children and development, so when I found the OT world after I finished my bachelor’s, I KNEW it was my career calling. Once I had children, I started to realize that my professional expertise was guiding a lot of my parental choices and decisions. I also relied on the online “village” of moms and parent groups for advice and guidance. Then one day, the light bulb went off that I could marry these two things and share ideas with others, and OT Mamacita was born!
